Today, the King and Queen of Spain attended the swearing-in ceremony of the new Royal Guards at El Pardo. Today's event coincided with the royal couple's eleventh wedding anniversary. Judging from the photos, their Majesties are as happy today as they were on the day of their nuptials.
Queen Letizia celebrated the day in a new monochrome floral dress.
She wore the Carolina Herrera Parrot Tulip Fil Coupe Sheath Dress. The Italian made frock features a black and white parrot tulip patterned fil coupe cotton blend fabric. It has short sleeves and a round neckline. The sheath silhouette nips in at natural waist and the straight skirt has center back vent. It is finished with a concealed back zip.
Queen Letizia coordinated the dress with a monochrome clutch bag.
I initially thought the bag was new, but my good friend, Núria Tiburcio from Vanitatis tells me Letizia was seen carrying it 2008. The white bag has a lightly ruched front and black flap closure.

Letizia also carried her Carolina Herrera 2015 collection sunglasses.
On her feet were the Prada black Saffiano print patent leather pointy toe pumps.
Letizia finihsed the outfit with her TOUS cultured freshwater pearl drop earrings.
