The King and Queen of Spain marked the start of the school year with a visit to the Ben-Cho-Shey School in Pereiro de Aguiar, near Ourense today. They received a warm welcome from the young school children and the royal couple reciprocated the delight. Queen Letizia was particularly affectionate toward the pupils and she received a sweet welcome by a girl, who wrapped her arms around the Queen’s legs. Their Majesties were then given a tour of some of the classrooms where they took the opportunity to chat with the students. Later, the King and Queen attended an official ceremony marking the commencement of the new school year. There were no surprises with Queen Letizia's choice of outfit today. She kept her look professional and recycled pieces she has worn many times since April 2013. She wore her Mango azure ethnic fabric jacket. The jacket is trimmed with rope and a frayed edge. The round neckline is finished with a decorative gold chain. Queen Letizia paired the jacket with an off-white button front blouse and Hugo Boss navy flat-front trouser pants. She accessorized the outfit with a navy snakeskin clutch by Uterqüe and a matching belt. Letizia also owns the clutch in white. Other familiar accessories included her Magrit navy suede platform peep-toe heels and Chanel 'Comete' diamond star stud earrings. The rest of the month is set to be a busy one for the royal couple with a full schedule of appointments at home, before a visit to New York at the end of September where King Felipe will address the UN General Assembly.
