Queen Letizia was back at Zarzuela Palace for a day of hearings: one with the "What Really Matters" Foundation and another with a representation of the Spanish Federation for Rare Diseases.
For the occasion, Her Majesty recovered a look from 2010, consisting of a Felipe Varela purple floral printed silk skirt and white pleated front blouse (reportedly by Hugo Boss but I have been unable to confirm this).
The skirt actually dates back to 2008. Letizia first wore it to a Naval Military parade on 16th July 2008.
Today, Queen Letizia wore her blush suede peep-toe heels from Magrit, a style she has owned for many years and also has in several colours.
Completing the outfit were a new pair of purple and green gemstone earrings.
It was initially speculated that they they were from Tous, however Núria Tiburcio from Vanitatis informs me they are from Spanish jeweler, COOLOOK. They are the 'Sarin' model (€167), made from hand carved amethyst and labradorite stones.
Queen Letizia first bought our attention to this boutique jeweler when she wore their 'Hydra' earrings to the Balearic Islands reception while on summer vacation in Majorca.

I know! And I thought I had an issue for holding on to my clothes for that long! The oldest piece of clothing I have is a denim jacket which I bought 15 years ago and continue to wear it season after season!
