Queen Letizia was in Avila today to deliver the closing address at the International Congress "Women and Disability: We Crossed Borders", whose objective is to propose strategies and actions that contribute to the equality and empowerment of women with disabilities, as well as to eradicate discrimination and violence.
She arrived at the exhibition centre wearing her black Hugo Boss 'Cegina' coat.
Once inside the building, Letizia took off her overcoat and revealed a new shift dress by Carolina Herrera.
The Carolina Herrera Prince Of Wales Floral Cutout Dress (US$3,490) is from the Venezuelan-American fashion designer's Fall/Winter 2016 collection.
The Italian-made Prince Of Wales check dress is crafted in wool and features a mini length hem with pale pink underlay skirt and a floral cutout design.
She coordinated the look with her beloved blush pink patent envelope clutch by Magrit.
On her feet were the LODI 'Saray' nude patent leather pumps (€109). The SARAY model is a classic lounge made of nude patent leather with a heel height of 11.5 cm and 0.5 cm concelated platform.
She topped off the look with her signature pink lip gloss and interchangeable earrings from Spanish jeweler Coolook. She wore the smoky quartz 'Big Candy' stud earrings with the 'Hera' pendants.

Hate the earrings. Hate the (plastic???) clutch. Love the shoes. The dress is chic and sharp and I LOVE it.
