I like this dress, it's timeless and can be restyled easily. I have a feeling that the photographs taken at this event don't do this ensemble justice. The quality of this piece looks superb and there is so much movement. The ruched detailing on the sleeves isn't overwhelming combined with the full skirt, there is a lot of fabric but there is also balance in the design. The snake skin accessories were well chosen and provide a needed textural contrast to the block colour. I wouldn't have worn the butterfly earrings, they jar against the sophistication of the dress and the studs on the shoes and clutch. I'm sure we will see this Ferragamo repeated, when we do the teal Magrit Lissette pumps and the Lisi Fracchia earrings featuring the orange sphalerite stone and green garnets might compliment the beautiful brick colour.

You are right Jennifer! After seeing better photos (thanks to Wendy) I don't see the drawstring toggles.

I thought that it looked so much more elegant without the toggles. Wendy's photos are such great finds of this event!

I love this dress! The design of the sleeves is so unique and different and the red brick colour is superb. I think the style of the dress is casual and dressy at the same time while also looking very comfortable. At first I wasn't crazy about the drawstring waist and thought a belt in the same colour would look better but, after taking a second look I can see the waistband accents the sleeves that also have a string detail. So it's a great design just the way it is and quite an expensive piece too.

This doesn't seem the most flattering of dresses even in illustration, there's so little structure all the gathering is tending towards swamping Letizia. I find the ruched sleeves unsightly, the elasticated waistline vague and wandering, the grandpa neckline indifferent. The colour is good on her and I like the snakeskin accessories

Ha Ha Ha! Now here is an outfit I liked and you didn't. It's interesting to read an opposite point of view. I can understand why you don't like it.

No, you didn't. The dress is very unusual and avant garde. It won't appeal to everyone's taste.

Not a fan of this dress. The sleeves are awful.
