Queen Letizia arrives in Senegal

The Queen of Spain arrived at the Blaise Diagne International Airport (Senegal), on Sunday 12th December, to inaugurate the new headquarters of the Instituto Cervantes in Dakar which will take place on Monday.

Upon arrival Her Majesty was received by the First Lady of the Republic of Senegal, Marie Faye Sall, accompanied by the Spanish ambassador to the Republic of Senegal, Olga Cabarga and the Ambassador of the Republic of Senegal in Spain, Mariame Sy Epse Sy.

Queen Letizia wore a navy trouser suit with a white top underneath the blazer. Due to limited photos it's not possible to make an identification. On her feet were the Magrit 'Liza' pumps in navy suede, and she accessorized with her Gold & Roses Double Dagger Earrings.

Letizia looks elegant and ladylike in her sensible travel pant suit. I always prefer narrow leg pants, the jacket is a good length without going into oversize territory, and the neat white layering top finishes the outfit off well. At least we could ID the Magrit Liza pumps, which, with their sweetheart cut-out shape at the front offer a quiet touch of elan to the sober suit.

These are the pantsuits I prefer, narrow leg, likewise the jacket is the perfect length, coordinating well with the white top. Navy being my favourite colour, the Queen looks smart and elegant. A fabulous ensemble for travel. The cut out shaped shoes are divine, love the dagger earrings.
