Her Majesty opted for a classic combination of black and white for a night out in the open air at Bellver Castle.
Queen Letizia got an early taste of summer holidays in Palma, Mallorca when she spent the evening on the Balearic Island to attend the opening of the 9th Atlàntida Film Fest.
Her Majesty opted for a classic combination of black and white for a night out in the open air at Bellver Castle.
She teamed a black sleeveless camisole with white straight-cut trousers. The top appears to have a surplice front.
Queen Letizia accessorized with her black Manolo Blahnik 'Gotrianc' Slingbacks and Bottega Veneta's iconic 'Knot' clutch.
She completed the look with her circle link earrings and gold-plated Karen Hallam signature ring.

A very simple ensemble which fits beautifully - the camisole has a flattering wrap effect detail which tapers her figure. It's perfect for a balmy night and isn't overly dressy compared to other ladies attire but still looks very polished. Monochrome is always an effective colour combination, the look is elevated with the knotted clutch and Manolo Blahnik slingbacks (this is one design of shoes with plastic that I like!) The black slingbacks don't appear harsh against the white trousers where the colour is fragmented and we can see much of the foot. I love the stylish ponytail, a side parting suits her so well, makeup is bronzed and glowy. It was great to see the Queen giving Ken Loach a standing ovation, he is one of the UK's finest directors. Many thanks Elizabeth and Alessandra for such speedy posts!

The top reminded me of these. Peter Cohen designs from Los Angeles so I think it's an unlikely match but they look similar.

A very good match indeed! Thanks for sharing Jennifer. As you said, it's unlikely to be from this LA designer, but Letizia has surprised us on rare occasions so we can't rule it out!

The back of Letizia's cami doesn't appear to have a zip like these by Peter Cohen so I think that rules it out :(

Pleased to help :o) I was thinking if there was a photograph of her from behind to see if the top had the zip... that seems to be one of the most distinguishing features of the Peter Cohen tops. But I'm sure images are very hard to come by!

Thanks Simone, definitely not a match. Letizia's zip must be concealed under the arm.

This is another simple, elegant and smart looking outfit. It's great to see Letizia wearing classic straight cut, full length pants for a change instead of cropped pants . I don't like the earrings. They look like something a child made in art class. The shoes and purse are lovely.

Those trousers are fantastic! Normally I don't like these shoes but they look really good with this ensemble. What a great look.

Just a simple back top and white pants and Letizia manages to look sooo sassy! The cut of the top is what transforms everything, of course, the deep v-neck and the cutaway shoulders give edge to a classic outfit, and chime exactly with a trendy film-goer vibe.

Gosh what a treat. I used to love this website but thought it had finished so I haven’t been on site for months. It remained in my favourites and I pushed the button by mistake and here you are!!! Thank you so much for continuing. I have months of Leticia’s style to catch up on. Thank you so much fore reversing your decision, I love looking at Leticia’s style. She’s such a hard-working and stylish lady. A real modern role model.
