Queen Letizia attended the closing ceremony of the X edition of the “Promociona Project" on Wednesday in Madrid.

The Promociona Project has been training women managers for a decade to provide them with the necessary knowledge and skills to reach senior management positions in companies and raising awareness about the benefits of female leadership.

This is a splendid ensemble. The fabric and print of the pencil skirt is beautiful, I appreciate it so much more close up, the color tone, simply gorgeous. The plain wool sweater really offsets the skirt beautifully. Love the sleeves of the jumper. The color of the shoes are divine. The Gold and roses earrings are a delight to see again. Love the 'move' ring.

My memory is woolly but I think Letizia may have worn this Is Coming pairing in the same way last time she aired it, and I remain puzzled as to why she prefers to have the jumper tucked in. Maybe it just sits wrong somehow, though on the model I think I prefer the jumper over the skirt waist. It looks a bit unfinished like this, a belt might help, but might bring too much extra bulk. Both jumper and skirt are beautiful and sophisticated pieces, and I like the mauve Magrit pumps to bring out the complementary tone in the brocade, plus the gleam of emerald from the Gold & Roses earrings is just right.

Actually, the last time she wore this outfit she also rolled up the sleeves so unfortunately the beauty of the sweater was lost. It looks so much better this time around.
