It was first seen at the welcome ceremony for the President of China last November. Letizia wore it again in May at the Red Cross & Red Crescent World Day ceremony, and a couple month's later in July.

Moving forward, I will no longer list the Karen Hallem ring. This appears to be a staple item and it's redundant to list it for every occasion it is worn.

When I saw this look my first thought was 'again?' It has been worn twice already this year, most recently in July, but, minus the shoes the Queen looks really lovely. It's just so far removed from my personal taste, being so feminine, that I am finding it hard to remain objective for a 3rd wear. For me, the Coolook earrings sell this ensemble, they look heavenly against with the embroidery and give the effect of jade. The dress was excellent value for money and looked regal on the State Visit in 2018 with her hair styled up and the opulent Carolina Herrera brushed wool coat. I appreciate that a repeat keeps the focus firmly on the importance of the engagement and doesn't appear frivolous. I would have preferred the Pedro del Hierro (29/04/19) sky blue shirt dress which I loved! it's equally formal and would have looked great paired with snakeskin accessories to switch things up, navy was worn last time, plus it is still for sale on their website (although the fabric may be different).

Sorry, I didn't word that very well. I meant three times this year, four in total.

Well, we need to wait until Saturday....next week the Princess of Asturias awards and Japan and Korea.

The visit to Cuba in November is in stand by....let's see...

Jennifer, I forgot how you say in English that she should wear "older" items....not so seen......

I think that she meant to change the palette colours, I would have worn this skirt with other blouse with longer sleeves...

Hi Wendy, I think I remember reading that it is just King Felipe going to Japan? (I can't  recall where though sorry) I would love to be wrong! as the suit case from the 2017 Japanese state visit was one of my favourites, purely for the incredible Armani Privé velvet set (06/04/17). Do you know more? 'Older items' is perfect! I completely agree that something less familiar would have been great. The floral Sweet Matitos skirt is delightful, great choice! I fear that finding a different top may prove challenging though... Anything more covered than a tee-shirt may look like she is swamped in fabric where the skirt is so full.  The tapered wrap top worn previously was ideal, it balanced the look. I found these, but I don't think they would be as successful as the Zara top.

White wrap blouse worn in the UK

Pink Carolina Herrera knit worn at a private event - The colour may be just slightly off and I'm not convinced the ribs would work with the skirts details.

Sleeveless again, red Carolina Herrera top, not sure about the silk combined with the textured cotton (there is also a similar one in white by CH)

White fitted Hugo boss Jeisana blazer, possibly with a skinny belt worn over the waist seam line of the jacket.

Jenny, the new Emperor of Japan is going to be enthroned so everybody will attend, it will be a terrific ceremony with all the Kings and Queens in the world, also they are going to visit Korea also as a State visit...I do not know other countries, here they travel with the govermment, some Ministers to firm deals.

I need a bit more time to see your examples, I'll tell you something

Felipe has travelled to Holland alone, he and Wiliem Alexander are close friends since a child.

Hi Jennifer, again...You found the same I did, the visit of UK one, I was not able to copy and paste properly.!! That skirt has not been repeated either....it is a good colour too...
The pink top is a good choice too, in the mornings it is a bit chilly already, sleeveless only in the afternoon ...a blazer would have been perfect!!

Hi Wendy, I really appreciate the time you have taken to look into this, thank you! I was so disappointed when I read inaccurately that it was just King Felipe travelling. It will be a great historical event!

I saw a short video of the two Kings yesterday in Holland and wondered from their warm interactions if they might be friends from childhood. I'm pleased you've confirmed it!

Your links are great, I would have been happy with any of those. Interestingly, we both chose the same wrap top from the UK to go with the SM skirt! :o) I particularly liked the Hugo Kusima dress too, it would look wonderful against her dark hair and be easy to re-style.

The more I see this dress the more I like it. It has really grown on me since it's first appearance last year. It is a work of art that will last for ages.

Maybe it looks different in real life? The dress reminds me of one I wore when I was about 10 years old. Maybe this is my problem with it. It's pretty but I don't think it suits the wearer. The soft pink accessories are better than the bubblegum pink ones worn in July. I want to put something over the dress to make it look more modern or edgy. Maybe an olive or silvery grey cropped blazer with shoes and purse to match? And I agree with Jennifer that the updo suits the dress better.

Love this dress. It is in a beautiful print and at a good price point. As I usually state I loathe the shoes with the plastic strip...so cheap looking, but their colour Is right. Earrings coordinated so well.

Good idea to drop the description of the ring. Thanks for listening, Elizabeth.

Dress is fun to try with different accessories! Yes, I love the shoes. QL got the SM shoes in dif colours and I love them all. Probably, the one accessory of QL's that I would love to own myself. :) Those SM mules.

I think this dress looks best with pink accessories! It brightens up the pale ensemble.

This is a beautiful dress and I love the repeats, never tire of it. The pattern is lovely not overdone, the colour of the dress is so pretty, soft and feminine, the length is spot on. Prefer the July 2019 accessories, not a fan of these shoes, but love the bag. The earrings are stunning, simply gorgeous

This Asos dress is proving a worthy item in Letizia's wardrobe, and it's High Street at its best when it can hold its own against high-end tailoring, a real find for the Queen. It may just count against its style credentials that the back is plain and devoid of the lovely print, but clearly that doesn't matter for formal photos. I like seeing the Steve Madden mules come back, I'm enjoying the plastic strips Letizia is willing to experiment with in her footwear and the Magrit clutch blends in nicely. Love seeing those Coolook Sarin earrings with this frock again, they are perfect with their contrast green and pink stones. A happy repeat for me.

What happened to the snakeprint dress worn recently? It seems to have disappeared.
