On Tuesday, Queen Letizia attended an event in Seville hosted by the Spanish Federation of Rare Diseases (FEDER) to commemorate World Rare Diseases Day, the city where FEDER was founded 25 years ago.

As the honorary president of FEDER, Her Majesty delivered a speech that focused on this year's theme, 'In rare diseases, is prevention better than cure?'. She also presented the FEDER 25th Anniversary Awards.

When Letizia wore this dress in the past, there were comments that the belt was unnecessary and that it cut the floral pattern. Other than that, I like this dress. It is listed as navy, so I'm not sure why the Queen chose black shoes, when she owns navy footwear. I'm sure the earrings are not inexpensive, but in the photo they look like they are plastic.

If this Galcon Studio knit dress doesn't work without a belt I would have thought it better avoided by Letizia. I think the floral print is lovely, but its dramatic effect is clearly inhibited by the belt, however slender.

The low-heel Magrit pumps are working well for Letizia,she has made an elegant transition to more comfortable footwear. The Caroline Herrera white Jasmine studs are the perfect accompaniment for the dress.

Its lovely to see a rewear of this beautiful Navy knit dress. The floral white pattern I love. The belt doesn't worry me at all. I don't like the black shoes. Navy shoes would have been better overall. The earrings are cute. Her hair looks well styled, love this length on her, very attractive.
