Queen Letizia brings back red Carolina Herrera pantsuit for days of engagements

Tuesday proved to be a busy day of public engagements for the Queen of Spain as she, alongside her husband, King Felipe VI, commenced the day at the Museo Nacional Centro de Arte Reina Sofía in Madrid to inaugurate the exhibition 'PICASSO 1906: The Great Transformation.'

The exhibition explores the pivotal year of 1906 in Pablo Picasso's artistic development. It delves into the artist's radical experimentation and his embrace of new artistic sources, including African and Iberian art, which led to a fundamental shift in his work and paved the way for the birth of Cubism.

Following this event, Queen Letizia went solo to attend the XXI edition of the El Mundo International Journalism Awards ceremony at the Museo Nacional del Prado.

Her Majesty presented the awards to Carlos Dada, director of El Faro, and the Press Freedom award to the Turkish columnist Ece Temelkuran for their work in upholding the defense of freedom of expression and commitment to journalistic integrity.

This is a stunning pant suit and it is nicely tailored to fit Letizia well. I don't care for the blush blouse with the red. I am not against pink and red, but this blouse's colour looks somewhat dirty. I don't think the shoes coordinate in any way. I would have preferred a crisp white blouse and black shoes. Or a navy blouse and navy shoes would have looked good. The earrings are very beautiful.

This red pantsuit is superb, chic, stylish and elegant. The fit is perfect, love the color, she wears it beautifully. The blush blouse is beautiful, I particularly love the neckline, adding interest, I love blouses such as this.
The shoes look good, love the earrings.

This red Herrera pant suit is terrific on Letizia and deserves many airings, I love the graceful long line single breasted jacket. The pairing with nude is off-beat -- perhaps appropriate when viewing Picasso -- but I think the Hugo Boss top and Patrizia Pepe pumps work for an upgrade for the suit and a business-like appearance.

I'm not so sure about the style of the shoes, block heels work under the pants, but not so much the thin straps at the hems. Loving those Diamond teardrop dangle earrings.
