This is an unusual dress, beautiful colour. The shoes I love!

I don't like or dislike this jumpsuit, I think it was good value for money but I don't think that it looks like a quality piece. The fabric is modest and some of the finishing's lack finesse, like the belt loops which I would have altered so they were less visible. The colour is gorgeous on the Queen and I love the perfectly matched shoes with the sumptuous strap of suede. The striped effect of the quilted clutch co-ordinates well with the pleats. I'm starting to appreciate the butterfly earrings, the tilt of the wings allows us to see the diamonds quite clearly, they work well with the whimsical nature of the jumpsuit.

I am usually not a fan of this particular color, but I think that Letizia looks awesome.

I'm very happy to see this natty little Zara jumpsuit again, and hooray for a photo showing the legs just separated. It packs quite a punch for a modest High Street item, making good use of tightly pleated light fabric to keep a good shape and teasing between looking like a dress and then culottes. The sleeve ruffles are good too, a simple feature nicely placed to unusual effect, and the black waist sash adds a neat touch of sass quite naturally. Letizia's shoes are a great match, though I'm surprised she hasn't tried black as per the model, slingbacks could be fun with this.

I'm going to jump in for a moment and talk about Letizia's eye makeup. In the picture above we can see that she is wearing a reddish-purple eyeliner and in the past she has worn dark reds, coppers and bronzes. These colors are often recommended for hazel eyes, which Letizia and I share. What do others think? This trend is very eye-catching but I do think in the end, it makes one look a bit too intense as the reddish tones are not flattering on fair skin. I always find it very difficult to find a plum eyeliner that is neither too red/pink nor too blue. I tend to wear lighter coppers and golds instead.

Asya, Letizia' s eyes are GREEN, olive green , maybe in the photos you can't see them well, as Felipe's ones are blue.

And as far as I know the eyeliner she uses is green as well, just days ago people in Spain were saying that the eyeliner is outdated.

That reddish is in the photos and the light.

In the North of Spain is very common to have blue or green eyes. In the NorthWest they are Celtic descendants and the Basques in the NorthEast have green eyes too. She is from Asturias. In her wedding the bagpipes were played 15 years ago.

Obviously her eyeliner is not reddish, as the Corpse bride, it must be the quality of the photos.

I don't mean to start a debate or anything but I think Asya could be correct by stating Letizia's eyes are hazel not a true green. I noticed her eyes can change colour according to the light varying from light brown to various shades of green as stated by this definition:

"Hazel eyes are due to a combination of Rayleigh scattering and a moderate amount of melanin in the iris' anterior border layer. Hazel eyes often appear to shift in color from a brown to a green. Although hazel mostly consists of brown and green, the dominant color in the eye can either be brown/gold or green"

I have met her in person and I have shake her hand, so I can assure you how she is...My brother in law worked with hair as a journalist, so it is not photos.
Her eyes are deep green, very green indeed.

I have seen in person also, living in Madrid it is very easy, they go out to restaurants, cinema, etc...as normal persons, or you can attend an event, she usually shake hands. In the day and close they are very, very green.

Wendy, whatever colour Letizia's eyes are they are beautiful. They are her best feature.

Thank you everyone! The pictures made it seem like her eyes had some brown in the center but it is very hard to tell from a photo! Wendy, you are right that Letizia has a very unique makeup look where she has a purple eyeliner on top and a dark green eyeliner below which she extends slightly past the eyelid- a trick to make the eyes seem bigger. Lately, it seems to me that she is playing with some new colors like dark brown smoky eyes and this copper red color which you can see on 04/25 also. Cheers!
