Queen Letizia chaired a working session with the Spanish Mental Health Confederation today in Madrid. The organisation works to improve the quality of life of people with mental illness and their families, defend their rights and represent this associative movement.
Before the meeting, Her Majesty chatted with locals that had gathered out the front of the building to catch a glimpse of their reigning queen.
Queen Letizia dressed for the season and looked chic in autumnal colours.
She debuted a oatmeal hued collarless coat, reportedly an older season piece by Hugo Boss. Unfortunately I have not been able to locate any stock photos.
Under the jacket she wore her Hugo Boss 'Bedina' silk-blend blouse (shown below in blue).
Queen Letizia contrasted the neutral top with a brand new pencil skirt also by Hugo Boss. She debuted the BOSS 'Maluka' Skirt (US$325). It features a bold, pixelated tweed pattern in an above-knee length.
She coordinated the outfit with her orange croc embossed Ángel Schlesser flap clutch.
Letizia opted for neutral footwear, wearing her Magrit taupe suede pumps.
She finished the look with her beloved Chanel Comète Earrings.

I like everything except the fact that she rolled-up her sleeves. Is it appropriate to roll-up the sleeves on such a thick blazer? I think it is totally inappropriate.
