During the pandemic, the BNE has made an effort to increase its presence in different digital channels, to keep communication channels open. During the meeting, the president of the BNE stated that thanks to more than 300,000 digitized copies, it is possible to offer almost 30 million images in the public domain.
Their Majesties later visited 'María Moliner' general reading room where they saw the protection measures taken by the BNE against COVID-19 for the gradual reopening of its rooms and cultural activities on Monday 8th June.

I love wide leg pants because they take me back to the 1970's when bell bottoms were in style. The cut of these pants emphasize the waistline and narrows the hips. It is a definitely a new look for Letizia and a refreshing change from all the cropped pants she has worn over the past couple of years. The suede pumps have an interesting heart shape pattern on the front/top.

Elizabeth. The blouse is not the same she wore with track pants in an audience in 2016?

I initially thought is was too but after taking a closer look I noticed the fabric and trim/seam details are different.

This feels like the most normal engagement so far, with full length pictures of a lovely outfit. Keeping to her sober palette Letizia is still able to look very well in dark navy and those pants looks fabulous on her. She does well to carry off such a wide leg as they are cut to a skirt-like silhouette without drowning the wearer.

The plain crepe blouse cinched in with the Hugo Boss belt looks very polished, and her Magrit pumps add a cheeky note with their pointed cut-out at the toe peeking out from under the swish pants. The CH clutch is lovely too, a plain shape, but with a touch of luxury in the soft leather.
