The Queen of Spain is in Mexico this week for the World Cancer Leaders Summit, and this morning she attended workshops and meetings at The Palace of Mining in Mexico City.
Queen Letizia donned a familiar ensemble for these high-level meetings organised by the Union for International Cancer Control.
She wore her petrol blue Nina Ricci separates consisting of a sleeveless crinkled top and a matching slit-front a-line skirt. Letizia debuted the set at the FameLab competition in 2016.
Today she coordinated the outfit with her navy Nina Ricci pointed toe suede pumps and added contrast with her red Zara laser cut leather crossbody bag.
Completing the look were her Bvlgari diamond and aquamarine white gold hoop earrings.
Queen Letizia made a wardrobe change for the afternoon session of the summit.
She returned to the The Palace of Mining in an all-red Felipe Varela ensemble, a repeat from the State Visit to Japan earlier this year.
For the closing session of the day, Queen Letizia addressed the delegates of the summit.
She removed the long jacket to reveal the beautiful crimson velvet dress which remained obscured during the Japanese visit.
On her feet she wore her burgundy LODI ankle strap suede pumps, and Letizia finished the outfit with her ruby and diamond dangle earrings.

She looks beautiful. Perfect head to toe. The only thing I don't understand is the zara bag. I almost fainted when I saw a nina ricci/bulgari look with a zara bag😨. To create the same look the red/cherry the loewe bag is more appropriate.

Zara is s Spanish brand, she must wear it, although Carolina Herrera is considered as Spanish too because she works for the PUIG group.

I don't understand Letizia's aggressive tanning lately. Looks a bit outdated and especially inappropriate at a cancer summit - i.e. skin cancer

It's "caña de azúcar spray tanning" not a sun tanning... very used in Spain..

Love both outfits, both classic Letizia with perfect fit and fuss-free accessories, while remaining firmly on-trend. That crinkle Ricci top is a joy and what treat to get the full view of the crimson velvet Varela.
