While Letizia looks fine in this jumpsuit I'm not sure why she wants to wear it. I've only ever had one jumpsuit back in the late 60s. It was an ordeal to strip down, when a bathroom break was needed. You are there in a public washroom, hoping not to let your suit drag on the floor, as you straddled the toilet. Also, this suit that Letizia is wearing is a very drab colour for summer in Spain. The bag and shoes are a nice match with each other but I would have preferred some lower sandals. Not one of my favourite looks, although Letizia does make it work.

I love, love that jumpsuit. I can't understand your problems with the bathroom and jumpsuits. I think it is the same as a pair of loose trousers, what do you do with the trousers??
I do not know you, but we do not usually sit down on public toilets, we keep ourselves squating position. In Spain everybody wears jumpsuits .
Also kakhi is a normal colour in Spain in summer, we wear all colours, even black, most of the country has sun even in winter, so we do not have colours for summer or winter....

She represents very well what a Spanish woman wear or is.

I agree 100% with Laura that jumpsuits are a difficult item to wear while using the toilet. I think it's easy to understand the problem of having to remove the top part and undo the bottom part and balance everything while doing your business and then having to do everything up again. It's very time consuming too. And if you squat instead of sit the whole process becomes even more difficult. And imagine having to do that process 4 or 5 times a day!! Pants are much easier - just one item down and then up.

Well, not to start a bathroom debate....with a jump-suit you don't just have the pants/trousers part, but also the top that is attached...so quite a bit of fabric to keep under control. I didn't say I sit on a public toilet, but rather straddle...or squat over the toilet. Sorry everyone, this is way off topic regarding fashion.

and this is so true, Simone. While I live in Madrid, I spend a lot of time in Galicia. I see people were junk Foods all the time. It's actually quite convenient.

Laura, you are so right. But the queen will do as she wishes. Maybe she has somebody help her with the bathroom breaks. LOL. But she is just stunning, isn't she? And two daughters. Just beautiful. And of course the queen, 480 isn't so bad herself.

I do not understand the problem, really!! Tights are more unconfortable, it must be our education. I am not able y explain it....it is very odd to me....lol...

Only a 80 years old woman would have said that....As I said we do not sit down on the toilet so we have to hang on?? the clothes....I am afraid my English is not enough....

Typical Spanish shoes, bag (we call it "capazo"), and Adolfo Domínguez or Mango brands, Uterque and witerlily, what the Spaniards are asking for.

The olive colour is very worn in Spain as our "olives"....and jumpsuiits are on trend, I do not know whats your problem in the bathroom, it is as other pants, here nobody wonders about it.

She has known how to have her people pleased.

Love this ensemble, it's casual but stylish and completely relatable. The combination of khaki, tan and wicker is wonderful. I expected a retailer far more expensive than Mango, it's great find! I'm not the hugest fan of espadrilles (I'd rather a sandal) but I like the interesting woven ankle tie, it adds interest to the look and works brilliantly with the jumpsuit and length of trousers. I'm not sure if the espadrilles will work so well with anything shorter, the ties may look a little heavy, but here it is very well put together. This is such a minuscule detail but I would have preferred a pair of gold earrings rather than the butterfly studs. The My Collect 'leaving gold' earrings would have worked well with the khaki and added a little holiday charm.

Can I just be QL for one day?! She looks stunning, as always. Here in South Africa we also wear any colour in summer. We are in the midst of winter though(my favourite season). She always looks so fresh, so well put together.

Even though I'm not a fan of jumpsuits due to the bathroom issue discussed above this particular one is nice. I love the olive/khaki colour which is perfect for summer. I also like the collar which forms a very flattering V neck as well as the buttoned waistband that accentuates the waist. Honorable mention should go to Queen Sofia and her bold printed pants with a top that really works. She's a stylish 80 year old.

I adore this look, and I would wear it in a heartbeat. However I wouldn't call this jumpsuit khaki, it's more of an olive green. At least it looks like that in photos.
This is a huge hit for me, Letizia looks amazing.

I agree Maya, I does look olive green to me also, but the product description labels it khaki x

This is a High Street purchase which is really spot on, brilliant pick by Letizia. The fit is so good on this Mango jumpsuit, there's no unnecessary extra baggy fabric and it looks so comfortable. The colour is most flattering on her and she really works a sleeveless top with v-neck collar with reveres. Her straw tote is exactly right and tones neatly with another pair of espadrilles, which, despite the fact that's a style I still dislike, really look good here in a holiday context. I like the leather patches and flat shoe ties which help smarten them up a notch.

Wendy, this is so true. I don't really like espadrilles because they hurt my feet but I have a lot of problems with my feet anyway. What's a very perplexing with me is how the queen can manage to walk anywhere in Madrid in stiletto heels? Mystifying.

Oh, just love this Khaki jumpsuit, its informal but smart and fits perfectly. The colour looks great and the wedges are a perfect fit with the hemline trouser length as is the addition of the woven bag.

Hey Elizabeth, this tote is actually different from the 2017. It is the mini version of the bag she had in 2017! -Sarah

What a great casual look. The olive green really goes well with her tan. Purse and wedges complete the look. Jumpsuits is a comfortable alternative. And yes, I agree with posters above who mentioned that jumpsuits are great until you have to use the washroom.

Nonetheless, QL looks relaxed and happy.
