On the 25th March, The King and Queen of Spain began a two-day State Visit to the Principality of Andorra, which will serve to highlight and reinforce the ties and bilateral relations between both countries. The trip is also within the framework of the Andorran presidency of the XXVIII Ibero-American Summit of Heads of State and Government that will be held on 21st April - the participation of His Majesty is expected.

The trip resumes Their Majesties international agenda which has been affected by COVID-19. It is also, King Felipe's VI first trip to Andorra following his enthronement in 2014. Before departing Spain at the State Pavilion of the Adolfo Suárez Madrid - Barajas Airport, Their Majesties were greeted by attending authorities and received Honors.
King Felipe V and Queen Letizia were received by attending authorities at Andorra la Vella, they then travelled to the historic headquarters of the General Council of Andorra - Parliament, Casa de la Vall, where the official reception by the Co-Prince of Andorra and Archbishop 'Ad Personam' of Urgell, Monsignor Joan took place. Their Majesties then held a meeting with the General Ombudsman of Andorra and the parliamentary authorities of the Principality of Andorra and signed the Book of Honor.
Their Majesties visited Comú de Andorra la Vella (village hall), where they were received by the Major Consul of Andorra la Vella, Conxita Marsol, and the Minor Consul of Andorra la Vella, David Astrié, and signed the Book of Honor. At the Andorra Park Hotel, they held a meeting with the staff of the Embassy of Spain in the Principality of Andorra.
Queen Letizia then had a working meeting with the Minister of Education and Higher Education of Andorra, Ester Viarrubla, and those responsible for the educational community, on the model of inclusion of students with disabilities in the three educational models.

I'm happy to see this dress repeated and it was even better to see a tweak to the accessories! I prefer when Letizia restyles a dress rather than repeating a complete outfit. I need to know how she keeps her dresses from creasing!? Her clothes always look in impeccable condition!

The soft formality of the high-neck Massimo Dutti dress in rich burgundy is an ideal pick for a tour arrival. The Burberry ruffle belt works well to break the monochrome and is in keeping with the modified drama of full dolman sleeves and midi length skirt. It surprises me how well this dress length looks here as Letizia's classic Magrit pumps don't look out of place, where a longer skirt unusually benefits from a heavier shoe or boots.

I love this dress, elegant, simple and refined, gorgeous rich tone, suits the Queen perfectly. The addition of the black ruffle leather waist belt this time, works well.
Though this dress is of a longer length, I quite like it. In this instance the accessories colours I love, shoes and handbag excellent additions. Normally I like colour contrast, on this occasion it looks great.
I much prefer the Queen's hair up as she is wearing it here, showing off the view of the dress from the back, which is equally appealing and interesting.
