The Queen of Spain attended a board meeting with Fundéu BBVA today at their headquarters in Madrid.
The Fundéu BBVA (Fundéu being an acronym for Foundation of Emerging Spanish) is a non-profit organization created in February 2005 in Madrid with an objective to maintain the unity and “purity” of the Spanish language.
Queen Letizia wore her black Zara Military Jacket (sold out) - a cotton jacket with a raised velvet collar and passementerie detail on the front and sleeves. It is finished with gold-toned buttons on the front and velvet-covered cuffs.
She teamed the military jacket with black slim trousers and her natural white Hugo Boss BOSS 'Bajula' silk blouse.
On her feet she wore the BOSS Hugo Boss 'Staple R' Black Crocodile-Embossed Pumps.
Queen Letizia highlighted the outfit with a Malababa Minihontas Python Asphalt Gold clutch (€670). The defining feature of the bag is the genuine agate centrepeice.
I'm not certain if the piece is new. On November 2015 Hola magazine released candid photos of Her Majesty on a date night with King Felipe, and in those photos she was carrying a black Malababa Minihontas clutch. Due to the grainy nature of the images it was not possible to distinguish if she carried the lambskin or python version of the bag. Perhaps this settles the debate but it wouldn't surprise me if she also owns the lambskin model because she has this style in beige and brown suede as well.
Letizia finished the look with her Bimba Y Lola gold hammered-effect hoop earrings.

Just wanted to say what a stellar job you do at detailing Queen Letizia's style. I really appreciate how each outfit is featured on the home page and when you click on a photo, up comes information about the ensemble and the events. Well done!
