On Monday, King Felipe VI and Queen Letizia hosted a luncheon in the Gala Hall of the Royal Palace for the visiting President of Costa Rica, Luis Guillermo Solís and his wife, Mercedes Peñas Domingo.
Queen Letizia got on well with the Spanish-born First Lady.
For this stately occasion, Her Majesty repeated a floral green Carolina Herrera dress she briefly wore on Day 1 of the State visit to Japan in April.
Queen Letizia accessorized the frock in the same way she did in Japan. She wore her interchangable Bounkit earrings featuring a square Amethyst stone and Green Jade drop.
Today we got a better look at her neutral reptile D'Orsay pumps by Magrit - a bespoke version of the brand's 'Alicia' model.
Later in the week, Queen Letizia will attend celebrations for the annual Red Cross World Day, and finish her week with a couple audience hearings.

Is she finally going to Norway? :D I thought it was her parents-in-law to attend

That's right, her in-laws are in Norway. Letizia and Felipe will host a dinner for the Prime Minister of Norway this week in honour of the Norwegian monarchs birthdays

Isn't the prime minister hosting the dinner (tonight - the only event, of the whole celebrations, at which King Juan Carlos and Queen Sofia attend) in Oslo? Was there an update in this week engagements, is he coming to Spain this week? o.O

I love that green dress, I'm glad it's repeated! Some lovely outfits from Norway today.
