I like how Letizia repets outfits, and I like even more how she combines the same peaces differently, trying different accessoires etc. I hope spanish people are happy too.

Surrounded by Ministers, we have more Minister women than men!! And Ana Botín the President of the Santander bank..

I also like how Letizia repeats items in her wardrobe and tries different things. But, I preferred this skirt with the mid-blue or peacock blue top. It made the print of the skirt stand out more. The white top makes the whole outfit look dull, boring and drab. But I love the dove grey shoes!

I also prefer this skirt with the blue top.

At first glance I find the look underwhelming. Appropriate and cool on a hot day but I find that skirt length a bit frumpy and a white t-shirt with it boring. The dark belt between is jarring. But then I read that the top is a silk blouse and I saw the close-up of the hem of the skirt, which is very beautiful. Now I wonder if this ensemble is more beautiful in person. As for the length, with high heels it works.

I'm actually intrigued by the pairing of the skirt with the striped top in the model picture. I would never have thought of it but I like it. It seems to anchor the skirt and create length. Even at the previous wear with a blue t-shirt, I didn't like it. That blue was too light and the t-shirt looked too tight/casual. (I recently bought a white t-shirt bodysuit and have the same problem; when I style it, I look like I'm wearing an undershirt so it goes under blazers only and I still think the crew neck is too casual.) The dove grey shoes are better than the blue with the skirt. My conclusion - remembering the other patterned skirt I was never happy with until she wore it with a navy top exactly the colour of the skirt - is that patterned skirts are difficult to style! I hope she keeps trying because it's interesting for me to see what works and doesn't (in my opinion, of course). I'm really fascinated by why I like that striped shirt with the floral skirt.

The designers are mixing stripes with square or flowers...red with mauve....pink and red......if you dare...😚😂

Genevieve, I appreciate your view but I think the striped top with the floral patterned skirt is just too busy. It's hard on the eyes because there is too much going on. With patterned skirts I always pick one color in the skirt and co-ordinate it with that one color. The key is picking a dominant color that will stand out..

Love the Dominguez t-shirt blouse but I think this skirt looked better last time with the dark top. Also I don't think Letizia can easily wear such a full skirt without looking a bit swamped given her tiny frame. Shoes and clutch are both beautiful but a bit lost against the pale print. It's not a bad outfit, just not a great one, Letizia sometimes manages to border on 'mumsy'.

Have you seen the other women who accompanied her...All are from 60 to 70 years old...In Spain we are tiny in general, we don't eat fat if not vegetables, legumes, fruit and fish...Spain is a vegetable garden and we have as fish as in Japan. The are not fat people here... it's very frowned upon....so for us she is normal..

I am 49 years old, 1,66 tall, 54kgs...size 36-38...6-8 American size...
