This dress is gorgeous, the bodice is perfectly tailored and the silk-blend skirt hangs beautifully creating a classically feminine silhouette. The palette is sublime, the outlining of the florals in coral and powder blue makes for a striking effect. I'm delighted to see a pair of teal/green pumps, I've mentioned here before that they would be a unique alternative to navy. I was unaware that the Queen had teal pumps in her wardrobe all along. Letizia's hair looks wonderful off of her face in a neat bouncy ponytail. My only quibble is that a simple pair of diamond studs may have been more sophisticated than the dainty butterflies.

BIG miss by me, I saw the pumps as blue - whoops! But I heartily agree a teal green beats blue with this amazing print. Delighted to see updates of the girls' outfits, and to see Leonor in a small heel herself. A first?

It's a wise move to re-wear items instead of splurging on new ones at this point in time. But I am still hoping to see Letizia in the Dries Van Noten black/gold floral jacquard midi dress worn on Nov. 29/19. It was a stunning dress and it would have been appropriate for this event..

Sandy, at the Princess of Asturias awards she must wear a Spanish designer. Carolina Herrera works for the Spanish group Puig.

This event is in the morning, something black would be more appropiate for the evening.

I remain deeply in love with this Herrera print, its glorious peacock colours and bold design which looks so modern though based on centuries-old patterns. It suites Letizia so well, the high crew neck is lovely, the length elegant, t he three-quarter sleeves fresh, though I see on this outing the waist seems to be pulling up a little, which it managed not to do before. Blue Magrit courts are perfect and butterfly earrings appropriate with a floral theme.

Oh, I just love this dress, its fabulous. The design, colourations and print is classic. Its both a stylish and sophisticated look. Lovely surprise to see Teal pumps, the perfect change of colour. I love the neat ponytail, a great finishing touch.
