Love her outfit of today. Simple and chic. The dress looks even better without the coat on Letizia. I have the impression that Letizia looks often more stylish and elegant when she is representing Spain in foreign countries.

This dress is beautiful, gorgeous, elegant & classy. I love the tie belt with the purple detail. I never saw the dress before because it was covered up with the coat which is also beautiful. This is Letizia at her best. Very simple yet fashionable at the same time. Perfect!!

Probably she wore the coat on and it was hotter in Geneva than in Madrid and needed to take it off....These things happen..😋

I really like the dress and the coat, very beautiful. As everybody knows wool is a bad heat conductor (Wärmeleiter). It keeps the warmth underneath and wool therefore is used for clothes to be worn in winter or in fall. On the other hand this dress has no sleeves so it is obviously a summer dress. The designer created a dress for the summer with a material which is suitable for the cold season. I don't understand this. She wears a woolen dress in May? Even in Switzerland? Sometimes I'm really wondering.

We haven't changed the summer wardrobe in Spain this year yet... We are wearing light coats , trenchs, no summer clue..

There are solid reasons to wear wool in warm weather. It absorbs and evaporates moisture more effectively than most other textiles, making it a good temperature regulator. On a cold day, it will keep you warm, but on a hot day the right wool will cool you down. The right wool is a lightweight one. Wool is able to be woven less densely than cotton, and still look professional. You get a fabric that's very thin, very breathable and still presentable. So whereas a cotton dress may block a breeze,

I love the fit, cut, and hang of this dress, it comes as a welcome return to form after the earlier tweedy grey. It's fun to see it without the coat and working well on its own. Love the snakeskin accessories, especially the reptilian touch of studding on the back of the shoes.
