The King and Queen of Spain showed support for agricultural work and the strategic importance of the primary sector by visiting Vega de San Martín Agrarian Transformation Society, San Martín de la Vega, Community of Madrid.
The Vega de San Martín Agrarian Transformation Society has one of the largest and most select goat farming censuses in Spain. For more than 30 years they have raised and selected the best animals of this breed, taking care of the environment, feeding, handling, and milking, while maintaining high standards of animal hygiene and welfare. They have their own livestock of Murcian-Grenadine breed goats, the milk has a higher than average amount of fat and protein which is ideal for making cheese from raw milk. Currently, they export to 9 countries, with more about to join.
King Felipe VI and Queen Letizia saw the cultivation of cereals, through to the breeding, feeding, and milking of the animals, to the cheese area. They toured the farmland, grain warehouses, stables, and factory. In the housing area where people who work in the agricultural and livestock farm reside, Their Majesties held a meeting where they valued their work during the pandemic.
Queen Letizia kept her look low-key and opted to wear her grid pattered Hugo Boss 'Ferie' Sweater with black ankle-length trousers, and new-to-us sneakers.
The sneakers are the Hugo Boss leather trainers with pumped-up outsole (€199). The low-top trainers in smooth leather from the BOSS line feature a branded tongue, technical lining and a pumped-up outsole in durable rubber. Metallic top eyelets and logos at the heel add signature touches to this sporty pair.
The pants could be the BOSS 'Tiluna' trousers but without any identifying features it's hard to know for certain.
