That skirt is one of my all time favourites and the new blouse is gorgeous. The flared sleeves are so flattering against the seaming on the top of the blouse. The combination of the light and dark blue is soothing and uplifting at the same time. I definitely prefer these proportions over the long skirt and high neck from the previous ensemble.

I admire the unique and unusual design of the HB flared sleeved top especially the way the seams form a point at the neckline. The volume created by the sleeves looks great paired with the narrow straight skirt and the black clutch and beautiful shoes make a perfect outfit. This time it must be a warm winter day in Madrid for Letizia to wear short sleeves and no pantyhose or tights. Even indoors I am all bundled up!

Warm...I do not know..4C in the morning...15C in the afternoon.. it is a Palace also, Palacio de Viana (Viana Palace), they used to have Central Heating, however nowadays with all that ventilation due to the Covid, children have the windows open most of the time at school.

Máxima of the Netherlands wore yesterday a bare arms dress in The Hague at 10C......😏

Sandy, women wear cocktail dresses in winter too and they are not warm. This is a ceremony, she does not wear something sophisticated probably given the situation, these buildings owns Natural Gas Heating and she was dropped off.

I fully realize that this is my own personal quirk, but I don't like a dark top and a light coloured bottom. To me it makes the blouse look top heavy. That said, the blouse if very nice with amazingly unique sleeve detail.

This is a beautifully feminine ensemble with the soft silk blouse, belted waist and sumptuous leather accessories. The proportions are balanced and the garments fit elegantly skimming the body. The triangular seaming on the blouse draws the eye down, subtly defining the waist, while the flared sleeves add fluidity and interest to the clean silhouette. It's a joy to see the stunning Bvlgari hoops re-worn, their substantial size adds glamour to the look.

Another new piece, Letizia is freshening up her lockdown wardrobe. I love the repeat skirt, it can come out as often as Letizia wishes, a triumph of tailoring from Hugo Boss and the queen is quite the best model to wear it.

I'm less convinced by our new piece, the HB top. I'm finding the contrast between the sleek skirt and the flapping asymmetric sleeves uncomfortable. Maybe with another outfit I might come to appreciate it more. The colour at least is terrific with the skirt, and I think it was a noble effort on Letizia's part to make it part of the whole with the asymmetric hint in her snappy Magrit cross-strap shoes.

This skirt is a favourite of mine, it is superb, a very elegant look I particularly like the navy top blending in well with the colour of the skirt. The new blouse I love, its definitely unique. The lovely navy leather pumps are the perfect choice.
