The King and Queen of Spain continued their tour to all of the Autonomous Communities with a day trip to the region of Murcia. The objective is to support the recovery of social, economic and citizen activity following the COVID-19 lockdown.

Their Majesties first event of the day was a visit to the fruit and vegetable cooperative Frutas La Carrichosa S.C.L, in the town of Cieza.

They attended an information session on the fruit and vegetable sector and toured the cooperative's processing plant, before heading to the fields where pears, peaches and grapes are collected.
King Felipe VI and Queen Letizia later travelled to the Biomedical Research Institute of Murcia (IMIB), in the Murcian capital. Research groups at the IMIB are actively involved in the the scientific and technological fight against COVID-19. In total 16 studies are currently active, including the world's first clinical trial to test whether defibrotide serves as a therapy against COVID-19.

Queen Letizia brought back the ultrafeminine separates we saw during her visit to Haiti in 2018. I have the outfit break down below.

It's great to see this wonderful skirt once again. The floral print is so summery and beautiful. The Zara cross over top is perfect but I prefer the more elegant looking pumps worn in 2018 over the espadrilles.

She can't wear shoes with tha heat, at 40C, most of Spain and also travelling all around the country, they are visiting all the Autonomous Comnunities, and doing the trip in one day, around 500 kms every day by car and walking a lot , too much of work...she needs something comfortable...

She (they are) is traveling non stop, Spain is a large country and they are visiting all regions, about 8 hours in every trip and then strolling around, eating out, etc..., the whole day out and about....., she wears shoes for an hour date, this is so different. There are 17 regions....they have only visited 5....

She deserves to wear ver comfortable clothes, it is very hot in Spain, even 43C in some places. And they walking non stop, visiting each region, nobody here is focused in clothes in their work and support though. They will end up worn out.Other Royals are hidden away or on holidays.

I'm just delighted to see this gorgeous, full, Matitos Girasol skirt again, perfect for summer. The Zara top continues to be a top match for it, the wrapover collar style keeping up the 50s theme. I can't say the same for the Macarenas which suffer from the pale pink adding considerably to a sense of weight on the feet. But I imagine they might be comfy for a busy day in the country. The pink courts from the first outing looked great, but clearly not appropriate for mooching round an orchard.

This is a light, airy and feminine look. The fitted blouse single-handedly sells this ensemble.  It balances the proportions of the skirt and the cotton-based fabrics of both garments flow harmoniously. White was a perfect choice, it provides a cleanness to the outfit and the colours in the print pop. This skirt retailed at €351, I can't see anything remarkable to have warranted such an expensive price tag. The design is simple (construction-wise) and the print placement across seam lines is off. I'm relieved that the Queen's version isn't as exaggerated in fullness as the Sweet Matitos model who may be wearing a voluminous underskirt. Sandals may have been difficult to wear on the uneven earth of the fruit and vegetable cooperative, so I would have preferred a pair of leather ballet flats in a soft blush/nude to lengthen the leg.

This is a very womanly outfit, soft and fresh looking. The skirt is gorgeous, colours used and patterning is lovely. The white blouse in its simplicity completes this outfit perfectly, with the wrap over collar it has added appeal. Last years elegant pink court shoes took the outfit up a notch, but the espadrilles did the job required, negotiating the uneven pathway, they looked okay.
