The Spanish Mental Health Confederation is a non-profit and social interest entity that emerged in 1983. Currently, they integrate 18 regional federations and single-province associations, which brings together more than 300 associations and more than 47,000 members throughout the state territory. The Confederation manages at the state level a catalog of social intervention programs that it offers to its member entities, so that from the local level, they provide direct care to people with mental disorders and their families.

This is one of my favorite CH blouses. It's functional and contemporary with a beautiful neckline and classic houndstooth print. Letizia has a grey version as well.

The blouse is okay, although I find the pattern to be very dominant. Houndstooth is generally a woven pattern and I don't care for it in a print. I don't like wide cropped pants on anyone and find them unflattering on all body types. Nice choice of shoes, which are more practical and foot friendly than all the stilettos.

The cropped trousers and loafers work well here, compared to the 02/09/20 outfit. I've compared both ensembles side by side and I believe that what makes Wednesdays look more successful is that the trousers are shorter in length. We can see the high waistline which adds height, and the tucked-in silk blouse is significantly lighter than a blazer worn as a top. Overall, I would have preferred a pair of black heeled pumps but the proportions appear balanced. This was the fourth occasion in September where we saw the Queen armed with paperwork before entering a meeting. I hope that Letizia gradually introduces some smart leather bags into her collection in black, navy and tan - clutches (even folder sized ones) are rarely practical for business attire.

I'm not sure this is Letizia's most accomplished look. The Herrera houndstooth pattern gives a presumably silky blouse a rather solid tweedy look, which is a touch heavy over such wide crop trousers.

The red/black combo here also seems a bit severe, I think she had more success wearing the top with slimmer grey pants before. The heaviness of the overall look is underlined for me by wearing the HB flats.

The black HB clutch also looks oversized against her petite frame the overall effect is bordering on clownish. I'm sorry not to appreciate better the effort that must go into recycling of some striking items. Naturally she conducts herself as elegantly as ever, helped by her tiny waist and gleaming dark hair.

This is a lovely CH houndstooth silk blouse, the neckline is gorgeous. Though combined with these type of black cropped trousers, the overall look is heavy to me. Regardless the Queen looks great. For a pair of flats, the HB leather loafers are a good choice.

The blouse is from 2016, I prefer the trousers she wore then:

I like the over all look specially the clutch and the footwear, it is giving very classy look and making the outfit more glorious.
