During the event, Her Majesty gave a speech thanking UNICEF for their years of service to addressing inequality around the world.
Following the interventions, the video 'UNICEF 75th anniversary' was shown, and a round table 'The essential alliances to defend and promote the Rights of the Child in the post-COVID-19 era' took place.

The skirt looks very summery although I realize it is made from wool. There is an awful lot of red going on. I would have preferred black boots and a black turtle neck sweater with this skirt.

I wonder where has been the winter this year in Spain, we have had 25C degrees at Christmas...now a bit colder but not a "normal" cold winter.

I love seeing this attractive red print Herrera flared skirt, it's eye-catching without being too bold. I think it works quite well with a white top, but the only problem is when the white from the top bleeds straight into the pattern of the print, due to the lack of waistband definition. I think a belt is needed to remedy.

On the contrary, the over-the-knee boots are very successful as the red is enough definition on its own.I notice that the new Hugo Boss Farrella top has a neat row of buttons at the cuff which are perhaps meant to echo the button fastening at the skirt waist. For me this is too many small buttons together and Letizia would be better with plain sleeves and less button clutter.

A very small point and I don't think Letizia looks anything other than typically well-turned out. The Massimo Dutti earrings are lovely, the warmth of the gold toning with the red and the pearl with the pretty new white top.

This is a lovely outfit. I love this skirt. The overall appearance is chic, edgy and modern. I really like the over the knee boots in this instance, fabulous. The white turtleneck looks great, the addition of the buttons on the cuffs is a nice touch. The buttons on the waist I would do without. The hooped earrings are very pretty.
