Queen Letizia attended an event hosted by the Spanish Federation of Rare Diseases (FEDER) to mark World Rare Diseases Day in Santiago de Compostela.

As honorary president of FEDER, Her Majesty delivered a speech focusing on this year's framework, "Make time go our way." The theme symbolizes the protracted length of time it takes people to identify their disease.

Letizia is on a roll with another beautiful, bright coloured dress. The style of the dress is very traditional and I especially like the bold tie belt. I'm not familiar with taffeta but I always thought it was more appropriate for evening events because of it's shine & sheen. I could be wrong. I will give her credit for wearing something a little different from her usual stuff.

This is a beautiful dress. I like the design of shirt dress. The skirt has movement and swing, love it. The belt works well. The croc effect shoes are simply divine, I would so love these in my wardrobe.

This looks such a pretty dress from Roberto Verino, it's the kind of shirtdress that can look shapeless, even overwhelming, but here seems to suit Letizia exactly.

The colour is wonderful on her and I like the details of the buttons running in pairs down the front and the plain tie belt. I also like the sleeves in their shorter, rolled-up form, rather than the three-quarter pushed-up length Letizia has opted for. I think the taffeta fabric must help give extra body to the full skirt, while also being malleable so that the wide waist-tie makes a lovely deep and fitting band around the middle.

The croc effect Herrera slingbacks are great for texture contrast and it's fun to have the little pop of green in in the Rold & Roses earrings. I'm also fond of the peachy & Other Stories oversized coat, though I don't think two tie belts work well in an outfit. The overall effect of the whole is very pleasing, though.

I agree, I think she looks great in this colour, it's strong but the dress isn't fussy.
