King Felipe and Queen Letizia welcomed Crown Princess Margareta of Romania and her husband His Royal Highness Prince Radu at their home today in the Palace of Zarzuela.

I really like this dress, elegant and simple.
However, I would have chosen pink or nude shoes.

This dress makes even skinny Letizia look chubby. Very boring colour and style overall. I don't think even accessorizing would help. Not worth 200 Euros!

Really dislike this dress, it would be so much better with a more defined waist. Love the shoes though.

It's a shame Letizia wears pale neutrals when photographed in this setting as she tends to merge with the marble steps. It's a very typical Letizia pick with black & white, this time in tweed, and all the frayed hems. It looks a little large in the bodice and the skirt doesn't hang well - it must be very light tweed to be worn in Spain. I'm glad she picked a sharp pair of strappy tan shoes for a bit of contrast
