On Thursday, the Queen of Spain continued her stay in Italy and participated in the Second International Conference on Nutrition held in Rome. This high level ministerial conference aims to develop a flexible regulatory framework to adequately address the major challenges of nutrition in the coming decades, and to determine priorities for international cooperation in the field of nutrition in the short and medium term.
Queen Letizia addressed the delegates and delivered a well received speech, one of the most celebrated of the conference. Letizia again proved why she is one of the most admired and respected women of our time.
Queen Letizia also held a meeting with the management staff of the World Health Organisation (WHO).

For today's important meetings, Queen Letizia turned to her designer of choice, Felipe Varela. She wore a bespoke poppy red sheath dress. The form fitting dress is rendered in bouclé wool with crepe bodice paneling.
