This annual event, initiated by the World Federation of Mental Health, is celebrated on October 10 in over 100 countries. This year's theme is 'Mental health, global health: a universal right.'

I'm tired of this dress. It's not one of Letizia's best but she seems to like it since she has worn it many, many times. She seems to wear unattractive outfits repeatedly but some really beautiful items are only seen once such as Nina Ricci Plisee dress; Hugo Kusima dress; Pedro Del Hierro Tropical Printed dress. I wonder if those one hit wonders are loaned to her to promote the designer and she returns them while the repeats are actually purchased and become part of her real personal wardrobe.

This is a re-wear and I'm not keen on the design and print. It seems to pull down on the centre? I like her shoes, though, and the fact that they're a lower heel with a slingback, which feels more modern.

I continue to be unable to appreciate the print of this Sandro dress on Letizia, but don't want to repeat the negatives. I continue to like the strong colour on the Queen, and the black Herrera accessories work well.

The Insignia bag is just right and I'm surprised she didn't already have these slingbacks in black given how often she wears the style. They work well with the strap back letting in a little light under the relatively heavy skirt, and have mercifully lower heels. It was a responsible and stand-out outfit for her valuable speech on World Mental Health Day.

The colors of this dress are glorious, she wears this dress beautifully. Love the diamond crawler earrings, always a pleasure to see.

I like the colour of this dress and the top. The skirt with its frown is so unattractive. Can't understand why Letizia continues to wear this awful dress.

A very honest review! I wonder the same thing and can only imagine it must be very comfortable and the weight of the knife pleated skirt pleasant to wear. Otherwise the print sends me a little cross-eyed!
