King Felipe and Queen Letizia traveled to Galicia today to participate in the national offering to Apostle James, the patron saint of Spain. The ceremony was held at the Cathedral of Santiago de Compostela. Their visit also marked the first anniversary of the tragic train derailment in Santiago de Compostela. In a speech, King Felipe paid special tribute to the victims and their families. For today's outing, Queen Letizia repeated her rose pink Felipe Varela dress, first worn to the wedding of Prince William and Kate Middleton in April 2011. The finely pleated chiffon dress features an empire waist with embroidered detailing throughout and sheer chiffon sleeves. Doña Letizia colour coordinated the look with her Magrit blush patent envelope clutch and matching slingback peep-toe shoes. She completed the outfit with her dainty Yanes flower stud earrings.
