The Queen of Spain, who holds the Honorary Presidency of the FEDEPE Awards, chaired a working meeting with the Spanish Federation of Women Directors, Executives, Professionals and Entrepreneurs (FEDEPE), at the ESADE Auditorium in Madrid.
The meeting was within the framework of the commemorative acts of the 30th anniversary of its Awards, which have become a benchmark for female leadership in Spain. FEDEPE works in multiple business sectors and the Public Administration. All united by common goals: to work for equality between men and women, eradicate gender discrimination and promote inclusive and sustainable female leadership models.

During the development of the meeting, the results of the FEDEPE barometer “Vision and measures of women managers and businesswomen when leaving the Covid-19 crisis and the economy resume” were addressed, along with other topics including the importance of a study "that reflects the great impact of the pandemic on the professional and personal development of women".
