King Felipe VI was honoured by The Victim of Terrorism Foundation today for his strong support for victims of terrorism and their families. Queen Letizia joined her husband on stage as he was presented with the "Adolfo Suárez Defense of Human Rights" award.
For the occasion, the Spanish queen wore her Carolina Herrera Prince Of Wales Floral Cutout Dress.
She debuted the shift dress at the International Congress on Women and Disability last March and repeated it again in May for the Red Cross & Red Crescent World Day ceremony.
Today Queen Letizia styled it for a winter-appropriate look, teaming it with black sheer stockings and her black Carolina Herrera suede pointed toe pumps.
Like in the past, she complemented the subtle pink floral accents on the dress with her blush Magrit patent leather envelope clutch bag and Yanes flower blossom stud earrings.
Taking cue from the first occasion she wore the dress, Letizia wrapped up in her black Hugo Boss 'Cegina' coat when she arrived at the Museo Nacional Centro de Arte Reina Sofía for the event.

Adorable dress! I really like how she coordinated this outfit with the black hose, pumps, blush purse and pretty earrings.

I hate this dress especially the big black flowers down the sides. It looks like her slip is showing and it is too short. Very few women have attractive knees so it's better to let the hemline fall just below the knee. I also don't like the rounded shoulders on the sleeves.

I find this a confusing dress, the cut-out are too large and I think need a more Bohemian touch than Letizia usually does. She's dressing it up as super-smart-glossy and I find that hard. The odd pink underslip poking out at the hem also seems uncoordinated rather than fresh or original. This one didn't click with me

Bertie, confusing is the right word to describe this dress. As you and Sandy say, the black flower cutouts down the side are not attractive. Also, the short hem and the pink slip detail looks juvenile, like it belongs on a little girl. The rounded shoulders overpower Letizia's petite frame.

I always feel sad if I don't like something of Letizia's because she's usually so brilliant. I sometimes wonder if it's just a failure on my part to keep up with her! But those cut-outs are just too pronounced and intrusive and the pink underslip is an idea which didn't work out.

En España se dice que es el vestido más feo del mundo.
