Queen Letizia revives engagement suit in Morocco

King Felipe and Queen Letizia continued their two-day tour of Morocco, and began their final day with a visit to the Mausoleum of King Mohammed V in Rabat.

You may recall that Their Majesties also visited the mausoleum during the 2014 State Visit.

Queen Letizia again dressed in an elegant white trouser suit, and covered her head with a scarf following local Islamic protocol.

Following the visit to the Mausoleum, Queen Letizia went solo and joined Princess Lalla Meryem of Morocco for a tour of the “Escuela de la Segunda Oportunidad” center, a circus school giving underprivileged children and young people a second chance.

The King and Queen of Spain then reunited at the residence of the Embassy of Spain to receive in audience a representation of Moroccan literary artists with work published in Spanish.

For today's outings, Letizia dug deep into her closet and pulled out the off-white Armani suit she wore for her engagement announced back in 2003!

Today she teamed it with a new pair of bone leather pumps by Magrit.

Letizia finished the look with her beloved white gold bezel set diamonds and Australian pearl earrings.

King Juan Carlos I and King Hassan II were close friends, they called each other "brother" so Mohamed VI and Felipe VI know each other since kids. Also all the Morocan Royal family speaks Spanish.
It is pity that Lalla Salma is not there, because they have got divorced.

Wonderful repeat!! what a treat to see this ensemble again and it looks as elegant and fresh on her today as it did in 2003. Earrings and shoes compliment the outfit beautifully.

Elegant and appropriate, both for climate and occasion, Letizia rocks a white pantsuit quite effortlessly. Too cute she should wear her engagement outfit on Valentine's Day, and of course sobering that she can still fit into it so easily. The earrings are gorgeous and I have deep shoe envy over those Magrit courts, the front leather detailing is a nice quiet touch of texture against all the smooth white.

I always love to see recycled outfits 16 years later perfect!. She looks very elegant and refined. A lovely outfit

This woman makes me green with envy. Fifteen years and she can still fit into the same darn suit!! It fits better than the first outing. As for those shoes. I die!! ( flopping dramatically onto the couch)
