Queen Letizia revives last year's Springtime look for visit to Huelva University

Queen Letizia attended the 5th Autonomous Vocational Training Championship (Andalucía Skills 2018) events held at El Carmen Campus of Huelva University on Wednesday.

Her Majesty toured the competition venue, where she was able to observe the skills on display across many fields including cooking, fashion technology; landscape gardening; carpentry, and mechatronics to name a few.
Queen Letizia wore her red Zara frilled sleeve coat for the day out in southwestern Spain. The piece has been an early Springtime favourite since its debut in March 2017 when Letizia wore it on two separate occasions. Today's outfit was a throwback to the last time she wore the coat.

Letizia again rounded off the look with her TOUS moonstone teardrop earrings.

I think she looks lovely in red, and it's nice to see her wearing 'high street' clothes. I'm not sure about the leather leggings, but love the shoes and bag .

I like the Zara coat especially the double cuffs on the bell sleeves. Some observers on other sites have been very critical of them. I don't understand why. What I hate are the skinny pants. They look too tight for Letizia because they are bunching up at the knees. They give the whole outfit a very messy, sloppy look.

Those bell slevees are very similar to a "flamenco"'s dress. Very Andalucía and she was in Huelva.

I agree. This look doesn't come off as sharp. I rather liked the leggings in navy but not in this light colour. They look like long johns here. The first styling of the coat with the blouse with the long bow and dark pants was interesting.

I agree, I rather like that blouse with the bow and dark trousers, or white pants but looser.

Genevieve. I took another look at that outfit and yes it is a much sharper and polished look.

I kinda like the outfit...but something seems off to me. Does the coat have too heavy a look with the pants? Or the coat is too long, or too big? I could see a cropped jacket with the pants. I like the colors.

I agree with the comments above: the coat and accessories look great but the leggings aren't quite working. Letizia is usually so polished but this isn't her best look.

This is such a great jacket and a terrific find from a High Street label. The ruffle cuffs work really well to break up the colour block. The cream leggings work ok - more leather from Letizia, she wears quite a bit of it. I like the slub effect on the shoes, another great way to break up monotone discreetly. That CH clutch is to die for
