The Queen of Spain attended a working meeting with the Spanish Federation of Rare Diseases (FEDER) at the charity's headquarters in Madrid.

Her Majesty meets annually with FEDER at the beginning of the year to learn about the challenges and opportunities of the organisation. Today she heard about FEDER's roadmap towards 2030 and its strategy.

Is this a black and white pantsuit? If so, I wouldn’t have thought to pair it with navy. I would have liked to seen a pop of color, if appropriate for the occasion. She looks lovely though in most anything she wears.

I love this HB stripped jacket and pantsuit. Love the length of the jacket. The trousers especially are a perfect fit and length. The HB double breasted coat is divine. Navy is one of my favourite colours. The Queen looks stylish and elegant. The choice of shoes and clutch is the perfect finishing touch.

The really snappy pinstripe Hugo Boss suit pairs well with the same label's classic double-breasted coat and creates a great work outfit. I'm even on board with the Liza pumps and their cute cut-out front though it could be a touch dressy with the rest. Love the trusty Herrera clutch and those gold hoops. Not a fan of second piercings myself but naturally Letizia carries it well.
