The Queen of Spain attend a reception this afternoon for organisers of the World Congress on Medical Oncology "ESMO 2017 Congress."
In her role as the honorary president of the Spanish Association Against Cancer (AECC) and the AECC Scientific Foundation, Queen Letizia delivered a speech emphasizing the importance of the Congress - the largest event of its kind in Europe, which will bring together from 8-12th September 25,000 specialists from all over the world to address the latest advances in combating cancer.
Queen Letizia looked radiant in her black and white Carolina Herrera Striped Off-the-Shoulder Midi Dress from the designer's Spring 2017 collection.
The monochrome piece was a big hit with royal style watchers when she first wore the dress to an award ceremony in honour of former UN Secretary Ban Ki-moon in June.
She again teamed the dress with her black Carolina Herrera heeled mules, but today she opted for her black Felipe Varela 'Sobre Guareado' clutch bag.
Letizia completed her perfectly coordinated ensemble with her Coolook 'Luna' earrings featuring a black onyx stud with a white onyx teardrop stone and a contrasting pave trim.
