The King and Queen of Spain visited the University of Salamanca today to mark the 30th anniversary of the Magna Charta Universitatum.
It is a document to celebrate university traditions and encourage bonds among European universities but it also serves as a universal inspiration and is open to universities throughout the world. It was founded by the University of Bologna in Italy and the European Rectors' Conference in 1988 and has been signed by 805 universities from 85 countries.

Letizia is back to her favorite white & navy (sometimes white & black) which I find boring. It's an O.K. outfit but for some reason the length of the dress or skirt seems to overwhelm her small frame. I like the 3/4 length sleeves and the navy belt is a nice touch.

This monochrome print clearly had Letizia's name on it. It's very pretty though I can't get used to seeing her in these looser less-tailored styles. The earrings are divine.

I like the haircut and the darker color as well. Her face seems a little different, tho I can't be specific. Looks very nice. Love the dress and it shows she can wear off the rack less expensive and look as good as designer dresses.
