Queen Letizia visits Sense Barreres day care center

Queen Letizia chaired the II National Meeting of the Network of Direct Care Centers and Specialized Services of the Spanish Federation for Rare Diseases (FEDER) at the Sense Barreres day care center in Petrer on Tuesday.

Her Majesty got a tour of the centre and saw first-hand the work carried out by the 12 entities that make up this network through 16 direct care centers and specialized services for people with rare diseases and their families.

I love the glen plaid print of this fabric. The style of the dress is also very elegant and classic but with a trendy tier on the bottom. It looks great paired with the boots. The descriptions says it 's a repeat but I thought it was new. When was this worn previously? I don't recall seeing it before.

I really like this dress. It looks to be so easy to wear. I’m not crazy about the ruffle panel at the hem but this time the print does a great job of disguising it. The earrings are a clever choice as they echo the print design. I think the boots must be a welcomed change from high heels and offer a measure of comfort in addition to balancing out the busy print in the dress fabric.

The Pedro Del Hierro dress continues to strike me as unremarkable, even shapeless, worn on its own, though a worthy piece of workwear for a meeting on Serious Diseases. However once the dress is seen peeking out from under the gorgeous Herrera wrapcoat it comes into its own as an excellent layering piece.

The block heel LT boots look great with the coat outfit too, as do the fabulous diamond drop earrings. I feel these almost disappear with the slightly crazed effect of the dress print on its own, but Letizia never fails to look anything other than appropriate.

This is a lovely elegant dress, the only thing I dont like is the ruffle panel at the hem. The diamond drop earrings look gorgeous.
