Today, King Felipe and Queen Letizia touched down in the Dutch kingdom, invited by King Williem-Alexander and Queen Maxima of the Netherlands. After landing at Rotterdam The Hague Airport, the Spanish royals made their way to the Noordeinde Palace where they were greeted by the Dutch monarchs who waited for their arrival on the steps of the palace. The royal quartet made their way into the palace where the King & Queen of Spain signed the commemorative Guest Book. Following a brief formal meeting between the two monarchs, Feliep & Letizia were the guests of honour at a luncheon in the Marot Hall, a dinning room within the palace. The official visit concluded with a meeting with Prime Minister Mark Rutte at the Binnenhof, home of the Prime Minister's office. For this international visit, Queen Letizia kept her look simple in a red Felipe Varela wool crepe shirt-style dress with oriental floral embroidery on skirt and sleeves, and buttoning down the front. Her counterpart, Queen Maxima wore a more elaborate silk shantung outfit by Natan. Queen Letizia coordinated her dress with a dark red suede belt and Magrit pointy-toe platform pumps also in the same hue. She carried her Magrit blush patent envelope clutch and completed the outfit with her ruby drop earrings. The brief appointment in the Netherlands is the sixth official international visit since Felipe's proclamation. Prior to this they visited theVatican, Portugal, Morocco, France and New York. In the coming months, Don Felipe and Doña Letizia will travel to Italy, Luxembourg, Germany and Belgium. SHOP QUEEN LETIZIA'S STYLE FOR LESS ...
