As honorary president of the Spanish Federation For Rare Diseases, Queen Letizia was in Bilbao today to close the Third International Congress on Education of Rare Diseases.
She looked youthful and feminine in a Peter Pan collared dress by Carolina Herrera.
The grey tweed a-line dress is a new addition to her closet and features a contrasting blush pink Peter Pan collar and short sleeves.
Her Majesty coordinated the dress with new accessories. On her feet were the nude Magrit 'Laura' patent pumps (€240) featuring a pointed toe and cross-over strap.
She carried a bespoke nude suede flap clutch also by the Spanish label, Magrit.
Queen Letizia draped the Nina Ricci tweed swing coat over her shoulders when she left the seminar.
She finished the look with her pink pearl earrings.
