The Queen of Spain chaired the IV Conference on Informative Treatment of Disability in the Media at the Headquarters of the Madrid Press Association.
The meeting was organised by the 'A la Par' Foundation, Federation of Associations of Journalists of Spain (FAPE), and the Royal Board on Disability of the Ministry of Health, Consumption and Social Welfare. The report 'Access to information and the media for people with intellectual disabilities' was presented. A round table was also held where the 'Reflections on information accessibility in times of pandemic' was discussed.
The 'A la Par' Foundation' works with people with intellectual disabilities, supporting their rights and their participation in society, designing supports where they encounter barriers. FAPE is the leading professional organisation for journalists in Spain. Its main mission is to defend the freedom of information and the rights of professionals in the free exercise of journalism. The Royal Board on Disability is an autonomous body of the General State Administration which among other functions promotes the application of human rights and scientific knowledge to actions on disability, along with facilitating collaborations between different institutions.

This is a sharp suit which is inspired by traditional menswear. From what I’ve seen, the exaggerated shoulders fit well, but the trousers could be shorter. In other photos from the event, you could see that the fabric had gathered in the legs. Overall, the suit would have looked lighter if the Queen had worn the blazer open. This would have allowed the waistline of the trousers to be seen balancing the proportions. Letizia often styles a suit with a white silk blouse and gathered neckline. I appreciate that this style of blouse adds a feminine quality to the strong lines. However, a crisp cotton shirt in sky blue would have been less fussy and lifted the sombre navy.

While I like this HB version of a pinstripe pantsuit, I think the blazer is too big for Letizia. The length overwhelms her small (not short) frame and the sleeves are too long. I do love the pleating on the inner white top and the slim pants.

If I wasn't a fan of this HB jacket on its initial outing, then I am now, with the new pants it looks terrific. The wide spaced pinstripe is nicely toned down from a city uniform and has an off-beat vibe where the rigid lines are broken by folds in the fabric.

This is a smart suit, I particularly like the jacket, the cut and fit is perfect. The navy leather pumps look fabulous.
