Queen Letizia presented the "Retina Eco Awards" at the Royal Tapestry Factory Foundation in Madrid on Monday.

These awards, organized by PRISA Media in collaboration with Capgemini, honor exceptional projects that focus on innovation, sustainability, climate change, technology, and other aspects related to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.

The mint or pistachio colour of this dress is vibrant and looks good on Letizia.. It doesn't look like a linen blend fabric at least from a distance because of it's smooth appearance. I thought it was more of a silk blend. I like the use of the belt to give the dress more shape. Once again her hair looks fabulous.

I love the colour and the simplicity of this dress, at such a reasonable price. I do wish it was a few inches shorter. Black accessories are a good choice, although it would seem that a velvet clutch is a bit fancy for a daytime event. The absolute highlight of this look is the gorgeous earrings. Who doesn't love emeralds?

If you look at the video, Letizia steps out of the car to meet people and it is broad daylight. Perhaps it stays bright outside, well into the evening in this part of Spain.

In Spain we have light until 9pm in September, 10 in summer, 6 pm in winter...we. are the country of the light, because of that the tourism.
The Word "evening" does not exist in the Spanish language.

This is a beautiful dress, the design and fit I love. The color is gorgeous and suits the Queen well. The earrings are splendid. Love the black accessories.

Wonderful outfit, but I would have shortened the dress several inches. The length is odd.

This was both a winning look as well as being a genuine bargain from Zara for Letizia. The classic sheath style plays well on Letizia's slender figure and the subtle fabric twist on the shoulder gives it a valuable touch of character.

I think Letizia did well to pair the midi length dress with the slim black Hugo Boss belt, breaking up the monochrome. The cut out black Aquzurra pumps lighten the black contrast, and the divine black Giorgio Armani Chevron Velvet Clutch is pure glamour, on top of giving extra texture contrast. Bravo Letizia
