The forum serves to present the latest advances and new therapies for the prevention, early diagnosis and treatment of different types of skin cancer. Letizia donned her trusty Felipe Varela grey pencil dress, a piece she has worn on several occasions since she premiered it in October 2010. The wool sheath dress features an asymmetrical ruffle trim. Queen Letizia debuted a new black floral applique clutch from Uterque. The clutch is made of cowhide and the front features a set of hand-sewn leather flowers. It was from the Autumn/Winter 2014/15 collection but has since sold out. Queen Letizia also owns a similar version of this bag in red which she debuted in November last year on her solo visit to Portugal. She cordinated the dress with her bespoke Magrit charcoal suede platform pumps and wore her Links of London 'Hope Egg' white topaz earrings (£275). Despite her status and access to high fashion, Queen Letizia has again proved that she is not afraid to recycle an outfit over and over. In the age of austerity, Queen Letizia leads by example.
