Queen Letizia ended her working week with a reception at the Pardo Palace hosted by the President of Chile, Michelle Bachelet.
For the ceremony, Queen Letizia recycled several items from her current wardrobe to create a new ensemble. Her Majesty donned a Felipe Varela gold/silver/bronze sequined skirt, a piece she has owned since 2012 and worn on many occasions.
Tonight, Letizia combined it with a black sheer ruffle placket blouse and a black leather waist belt.
ID UPDATE (19th Jan 2020): After all these years I was finally able to identified the belt! It is the Burberry ruffle leather waist belt shown below in taupe from TheRealReal.com.
On her feet were her bespoke Magrit cut-out pumps based on the 'Estela' model, and she carried her bespoke Magrit clutch bag based on the 'Nassa' model.
To complete her outfit, Letizia selected a pair of black and white diamond teardrop earrings from Swiss jeweler de Grisogono.
My colleague at Vanitatis magazine tells me they were first worn by Letizia in 2006 alongside a matching necklace.
Here is a clearer picture of Letizia wearing the set in 2007.
