The King and Queen of Spain continued video conferences at the Palace of Zarzuela on Friday.
Her Majesty held a video conference with the National Federation of Sports Facilities and Gyms (FENID). The president of FENID stated that due to the impact of the pandemic a serious imbalance is being created with many of the SMEs that make up the sector will be forced to close. They explained to the Queen the circumstances in which they could restart services and reopen facilities in conditions that guarantee the health of workers and users.
King Felipe VI and Queen Letizia later held a video conference with the Spanish Confederation of Commerce (CEC) - the business organisation for the defense, representation, and promotion of the general interests of urban and local commerce. Their Majesties expressed their concern and commitment to small businesses in the face of the pandemic. The CEC considers it necessary to adopt a set of stimulus measures to reactivate demand and proposes the launch of a campaign to raise awareness of buying from small establishments to ensure their survival.
For today's video calls, Queen Letizia wore a light grey Hugo Boss Superfine Merino Wool Crew Neck Sweater. It is a past season piece which I was able to find at Joli Closet, a second-hand retailer.
She also debuted a pair of black Hugo Boss 'Royal' pointed toe ballerinas.
Made in Italy, these pointed toe slip-on flats have a suede construction and are topped with a playful folded bow detail. They originally retailed for US$375 but are now discounted down to $149.95 at Nordstrom Rack.
Letizia accessorized with her beloved bezel set diamond stud earrings which form part of her Australian pearl earrings.
Wishing King Felipe's and Queen Letizia a happy 16th wedding anniversary! The couple wed at Almudena Cathedral in Madrid on 22nd May 2004.

Love the ballet flats and hope Letizia will wear them more often with pants. They look so much nicer than the "shoes for men" worn recently.

That's some stellar ID work to pinpoint such a very neutral top from Hugo Boss. I suppose in casual style it may chime with discussing the future of sports facilities. However in the back view on the later small business conference, the merino is so fine it seems to betray some of a lady's underpinnings. Cool flats.
