Her Majesty held a video conference with the heads of the Hospital Materno Infantil Gregorio Maranon in Madrid.  Queen Letizia was informed that as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic the maternal hospital was designated as a centre for urgent obstetric-gynecological care and high-risk deliveries.  The hospital also provides care to patients with COVID-19 both in the obstetric and children's area while guaranteeing the safety of care for the rest of the patients.

Queen Letizia wore her dark navy Hugo Boss 'Kocani' pinstripe blazer. The style is also available in a houndstooth pattern and is currently on sale for $249 at Nordstrom Rack.

Their Majesties later held a video conference with the president of the Medical Profession Forum, and the president of the Association of Geriatrics and Gerontology (SEGG). The presidents explained the work carried out by Primary Care professionals in the care and treatment of the elderly during the pandemic.
King Felipe VI and Queen Letizia held a video conference with Consejo de la Juventud de España CJE (Spanish Youth Council). Job security for the youth has been greatly affected by the crisis. The youth often work on temporary contracts in sectors that have taken a hit by the pandemic such as hospitality. Before the health crisis, people between 14-30 were already the age group with the highest risk of poverty and social exclusion. The CJE in collaboration with youth organisations has launched the campaign 'La juventud hace su parte' (youth does its part), with the aim of collecting resources in health, employment, leisure, information, training, etc.

This makes for a sombre outfit, matching a dark top to a dark jacket, but just slightly lightened by the pinstripe, and no jewellery at the neck either. The subjects are serious too, focusing on the medical and youth job security. The jacket looks a touch outsize and Letizia's grey streak is more pronounced in these shots. She remains elegant, focused, and beautiful.
