Queen Letizia was in Geneva today for the "Baby-friendly Hospital Initiative (BFHI)" conference at the World Health Organization (WHO) headquarters.
The initiative was launched by WHO and UNICEF in 1991 as a global effort to implement practices that protect, promote and support breastfeeding.
BFHI also promotes legislation on maternity leave and the protection of the rights of breastfeeding women in the workplace.
Always on point with her sartorial choices, Queen Letizia opted for a smart tailored look for today's meeting in Switzerland. She wore her beloved Hugo Boss aubergine skirt suit - a combination she has donned on many occasions since its debut during a trip to New York in September 2014.
Letizia first wore the single-breasted blazer separately in January 2014 for an audience with the Spanish Federation of Blood Donors. She teamed it with a pair of grey trousers. She repeated the look a couple weeks later when she visited the La Salle-college of Virgen del Mar in Almeria.
The rest of Her Majesties outfit was also made up of familiar pieces. Under the jacket Letizia wore her silk-blend 'Banora' blouse by BOSS which is currently available at Hugo Boss UK (£189)
She accessorized with her Felipe Valera suede clutch and pink Magrit reptile pumps.
Queen Letizia finished the look with her interchangeable Coolook earrings. She wore the smoky quartz 'Big Candy' stud earrings (€149.00) with the 'Hera' pendants (€247.00).
