On Wednesday, Queen Letizia had a busy schedule with consecutive engagements. Firstly, she inaugurated the 9th European Conferences on Tobacco or Health (ECToH) at IFEMA Madrid, which is being held in Spain for the first time.

The ECToH is a triennial event that brings together more than 600 notable figures, including advocates, researchers, academics, non-governmental organizations, civil society members, scientists, healthcare professionals, and public officials, all of whom are committed to addressing every aspect of tobacco control across Europe.
In the afternoon, Queen Letizia hosted a lunch alongside King Felipe in honor of the President of Brazil, Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva, and the First Lady, Rosángela Lula da Silva to commemorate their official visit to Spain.

This is a good look and the blue accessories are a nice accent to the all white ensemble. I do not like the platforms on the shoes. Given how very plain the outfit is, a brooch or necklace would have livened up the top. However, they would likely be too much with the earrings.

The elegant white two-piece has stood Letizia in good stead by taking her through two engagements. The romantic full long sleeves with deep cuffs are very feminine, and balanced out by the plain jewel neck of the bodice. The waist is neatly cinched and the skirt full without being too heavily gathered. The two front slits add welcome edge to the monochrome.

Adding bright turquoise accessories was a masterstroke to switch up the outfit -- thanks for the links to previous outings -- and the plain Magrit clutch and slingbacks work well. The Bulgari aquamarine earrings remain fabulous and a nice regal touch of bling.

I love this ensemble. Its very feminine and pretty. I particularly love the sleeves, gorgeous. Overall very elegant. The earrings, divine. The Aqua teardrop is a brilliant size. The powder blue shoes and clutch are a clever color choice, perfect.

The blouse is divine and looks great with the skirt. The blue accessories are unique - I don't exactly like it but it's surprising and I respect that.
